Kerlyss is an open-source audio player that aggregates streams from public APIs. The app is provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding uptime, stability, or the continued availability of third-party audio streams.
If you choose to use the Google Drive Cloud Sync feature, you authorize Kerlyss to store your application data in a hidden folder within your Google Drive. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
In no event shall the developers of Kerlyss be held liable for any damages, data loss, or legal issues arising from your use of the application. The user assumes all responsibility for complying with the terms of service of the third-party platforms accessed via this application.
